The Villa

The villa was built in the early 17th century based on a project by the artist and architect Santi di Tito in the style of sober Renaissance Tuscany on behalf of the Corsini family, to whom it still belongs.

The Villa is a national monument and is part of the Associazione Dimore Storiche Italiane.

Guided tours from March to October. From Monday to Sunday, from 10 am to 6 pm.

Villa Le Corti is an elegant Renaissance Villa, full of history, with wide spaces and an incredible view. Le Corti is a perfect place to organize meetings, ceremonies, gala events, fashion shows and cinema sets.

The Villa has a central open Court, with a portico, that can be covered and can accommodate 300 people. On the ground floor there are also many different rooms at our guests disposal.

The Villa is surrounded by a vast Park - with an Italian Renaissance Garden and a Romantic Park - suitable for any kind of event.

To celebrate this special day, Villa Le Corti, with its surrounding gardens and park, open-air courtyard and unique location, has indoor and outdoor spaces to accommodate you and your guests for an enchanting and memorable day.

CORPORATE EVENTS AND MEETINGS

The Villa has a meeting room for one hundred and forty guests, in addition to other three rooms in parallel sessions with seating for fifty, suitable for small conferences and business meetings.

The magnificent courtyard is ideal for coffee breaks and lunches. Villa Le Corti has also guesthouse accommodation located in a beautifully restored farmhouse on the property

COOKING CLASSES

The cooking courses, held in the Villa's historical kitchen which dates from the 17th century, lovingly restored, offers guests a chance to discover the aromas and flavours of the past with produce from the estates vegetable garden together with locally sourced seasonal ingredients for healthy eating.Learn the history and culture of the Tuscan table and experiment with recipes handed down through the centuries in the Principe Corsini’s country estate.
In each lesson, lasting around two to three hours, guests can choose from a lunch menu or a light supper ‘merenda' menu, at the end of which guests can taste the dishes they have prepared, accompanied by Principe Corsini wines.
Children are also most welcome. As a souvenir of this special experience each guest will be given a small gift at the end of the class.

Single day classes € 120 per person, children under 12 € 60 each.

Experience a full day, hands-on cooking lesson with our experienced chef for an introduction to authentic Tuscan food. Discover the history and culture of the Tuscan table, learn how to make an authentic, full menu, from the art of mastering fresh pasta, traditional seasonal sauces, game and meat dishes to desserts, biscuits and cakes typical of the region.

• 10:30: Arrival at the Principe Corsini estate in the hills above Florence for a welcome coffee at the “enoteca” located in the 17th century wine cellars of the Villa
• 10:45: guided tour of Le Corti cellar and of the family Villa
• 11:30: after a visit to the kitchen garden to choose some seasonal produce, guests will begin the cooking lesson in the historic kitchen of the Villa
• 13:30: lunch with the dishes prepared accompanied by Le Corti wines
• 14:30 : Sad goodbyes………….until the next time!

As a souvenir to remember your day each guest will be given the gift of our distinctive Principe Corsini embroidered apron

Each class is uniquely designed to meet the needs of the participants.
We have special recipes for vegetarians.
