“Whoever stays at Le Gugliaie or Lo Sperone can sense the past's continuity with the present as it transcends the picturesque aspect.

The Villa is the farm and vice versa. The farmhouses were an integral part of the human and productive texture of this agricultural community.
I immediately realized one important thing. The guests who spend time here do not exactly understand where they are, at first. Only later do they realize that cultivating the land, as it has always been done over the past centuries, is what we do.
This is why, since last year, I have wanted our guests to visit our cellars on a regular basis and participate in the wine tastings.
Upon request, the services of a private chef can be made available to prepare meals in the house or light breakfasts and luncheons in the cellars and outdoors. Those who chose to stay at the ‘Le Corti’ Estate do so based on its proximity to Tuscany's major art cities.
We do not organize specific tours, but we can suggest interesting places to visit, including a riding-club for anyone wishing to go horseback riding".

Le Gugliaie

16 people - 8 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms

Le Gugliaie, one of the farm houses at "Le Corti", was completely restored preserving its original structure and characteristics. The focal point of the house is the large kitchen with fireplace and the old wood burning oven where bread was baked. Every room has an en-suite bathroom and the master bedroom has a small ‘loggia' or balcony that overlooks the Villa. The garden layout begins at the swimming pool and tapers off into the olive grove, almost as if it had no sense of continuity.

 Fees are intended as weekly. Flexible travel dates are welcome.

 
Lo Sperone

4 people - 2 double bedrooms

Lo Sperone emerges on one side of the estate's builing complex, near the entrance to the cellars.
Its name derives from the arrangement of its interior, which develops around a triangular shaped room.

A private garden, equipped with all of the amenities for a pleasant outdoor breakfast, is accessed by a small exterior staircase. As in the previous description, the focal point of the house is the kitchen with fireplace, which was transformed into a living room and kitchenette. The bedrooms are situated on the second floor which is accessed by a steep stone staircase.

Le Corti Bed&Breakfast

* For children from 5 to 12 years old.

Fees are intended as daily per room including breakfast, served in our Osteria del Principe.

Therefore we propose private cultural tours, which include important museums visits with expert art historians together with city and country walks accompanied by local guides, for guests who wish not only enjoy but also to learn - to learn the private, the secret, the personal, but above all the authentic, those special experiences otherwise inaccessible.

With a focus on the mind, spirit and body, enjoy mornings and evenings of meditation where guests can rebalance the mind with relaxation techniques and massage and rebalance the body with our experienced yoga instructor, in an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity, against the backdrop of a landscape for centuries unchanged.
